239.6 tonight, baby! And I feel like I'm eating all the time. My energy levels are up as well. Yesterday, I had a western scramble (eggs, ham, green peppers, onions, and a bit of cheese) with fruit salad (strawberries, watermelon, and oranges) for breakfast, a burger for lunch, chicken ceasar salad for supper, and snacked on carrot sticks, apples & grapes, and even had an ice cream cone from McDonalds. I also swam/played in the water with my son/did water aerobics for 3 hours!
Steve, of course, has already lost 21 lbs, compared to my 7. We are so like that Slimquick commercial. You know the one, the man gets really skinny, and the woman's boobs shrink? yeah, that is totally us.
